Cybex plate loaded advanced shoulder press. Multi grip handles gives you a lot of options when pressing and also allows you to train various parts of the delt. This machine by design allows you to press narrow, wide, in between etc. Anywhere you want the arms to go they will go. The freedom is nice as opposed to being locked into a fixed plane.
